egg-based pasta formed by rolling a flat, square noodle into a cylindrical shape. Originally from Emilia Romagna, Garganelli, it is made with 00 pasta flour and free-range eggs. At its best served with a Herts Pasta tomato-based sauce.

  • Storage

    Herts Pasta can be kept in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days. Alternatively, the pasta may be frozen for up to 1 month before cooking.

  • Cooking Instructions

    Put a large pan of water to boil, when boiling add a good pinch of salt.

    Add the garganelli and stir once with a fork, cook for 2 minutes.
