Pasta tubes filled with spinach and ricotta topped with pomodoro sauce, mozzarella and parmesan.

 

Early references to macheroni ripieni (stuffed pasta) can be traced back to 1770, but the word cannelloni seems to have appeared at the turn of the 20th century.

  • Storage

    Herts Pasta can be kept in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days. Suitable for freezing. 

  • Cooking Instructions

    • DO NOT MICROWAVE
    • Put the oven on at 180 C or a gas mark 6 (fan oven is ok).
    • Take the foil container and then remove the lid, put on a tray in the oven for 25 minutes. Take the tray from the oven with an oven cloth. Be careful. use a spatula to move the Cannelloni without bruising it, from the container onto a plate.
