Ring-shaped pasta originally from the Italian region of Emilia. We serve them the traditional way, filled with a mix of meat, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, egg and nutmeg, set in a capon broth.

  • Storage

    Herts Pasta can be kept in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days. Not suitable for freezing.

  • Cooking Instructions

    Put a pan of water to boil, when boiling add a pinch of salt.

    Add the tortellini, cook for 4 minutes.

  • Ingredients

     00 flour (WHEAT), eggs (EGG), onions, carrots, garlic, beef, thyme, rosemary, red wine (SULPHITES), salt, pepper.
