Orecchiette: typical of Puglia, the name comes from its shape, resembling a small ear. Herts Pasta orecchiette are made only with best ingredients. It cooks in less than 4 minutes because its fresh. Authentic southern style, it is traditionally served with sauces: broccoli and/or sausage sauce, beef ragout or simple tomato-based sauces then sprinkled with Pecorino or Parmesan cheese.

  • Storage

    Herts Pasta can be kept in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days. Alternatively, the pasta may be frozen for up to 1 month before cooking.

  • Cooking Instructions

    Put a large pan of water to boil, when boiling add a good pinch of salt.

    Add the orecchiette and stir with a fork, cook for 3 minutes.
