Welcome to Herts Pasta, established in 2020 by five-star Italian chef Roberto Mercandino and his family. We aim to bring authentic fresh pasta and healthy Superfood meals straight from our kitchen to your door.
Imagine a traditional Italian family restaurant in your own home. Our Superfood meals have an International "flavour"
Based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, and using locally sourced ingredients wherever practical, we prepare the food by hand when you order and deliver it the very next day to ensure that your meal is as fresh and delicious as possible – just as if you had walked into our restaurant back in Italy!

Our menu varies like any restaurant, though the staples you come to love will keep appearing. You will also see seasonal dishes, as we have opportunities and limitations based upon what ingredients are available.
Relax and enjoy authentic, hand-made Italian food in the comfort of your own home. Recipes and instructions enable you to prepare our main dishes in under ten minutes in either a conventional oven or saucepan. Our Superfood meals are ready to eat.

We deliver Pasta Monday to Friday to the areas surrounding our kitchen, This helps ensure that we don't compromise on quality or freshness. Orders placed before 7 pm on any day will be freshly prepared and delivered before 6 pm the following day, unless you request an alternative delivery date which you can do on checkout. Orders received after 7.0 pm on any day will normally be delivered two days later. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will normally be delivered on the following Monday. Superfood delivery times and service are at the top of the Superfood Menu
We deliver to: Berkhamsted, Northchurch, Bourne End, Boxmoor, Felden, Hemel Hempstead, Dudswell, Tring, Aldbury, Potten End, Little Gaddesden, Wigginton, Bellingdon, Ashley Green, Chesham, Cholesbury and Wendover. We also deliver in St Albans on Thursdays.
We can deliver 12 to 15 miles from Berko
